The Island, a new time-lapse video from Christoph Malin was shot on La Palma in the Spanish Canary Islands. Explains National Geographic, "Combine La Palma’s high, dry mountain peaks with low light pollution and reasonable access, and you get one of the best spots on the planet for optical astronomy."
